Cancellation policy and miscellaneous fees
No refunds will be provided and cancellations aren't accepted once work begins. If alterations to a custom item are needed because of weight gain or loss, that is a major change. If additional materials and labor are required, an alterations fee will be applied to the original quote. After completion, your garment will be stored for a maximum of 30 business days. After 30 business days, you agree to forfeit the item and the payments made.
Additional policies
When you're ready to book, a 50% deposit is required. The process of creating your custom garment will begin, and changes cannot be made.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
- Final payment is required before pickup or delivery.
- Custom garments cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Additional alterations fees may apply.
- Rush orders may require an additional rush fee.
- Sew Unique Customs & Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse any order.
